Craig Bainbridge is a Swansea based Therapist offering Therapeutic Interventions by using Neuro Linguistic Programming and Clinical Hypnotherapy, he also uses a fantastic technique called Havening.

Havening is a Desensitisation technique that was developed by Dr Ronald Ruden MD Ph.D. It allows people to decrease stress and increase serotonin in a matter of minutes and allowing us to effectively reprogram our Neuro Associations.

As a Therapist I am a NLP Master Practitioner and Clinical Hypnotherapist. By utilising these two disciplines and effective ‘Havening’ techniques I have achieved fast and effective results for my clients.
